I got one that make the enemy ai better, and it definitely works. They will actually try to chase you down, but also use defensive tactics. I got another that makes guns better so that the fire rate on a pistol doesn't feel like it's at a snails pace, and also makes the shotguns actually act like shotgun. Which is balanced by making ammo rarer and more expensive. Also got one that introduces gang war mechanic where your actions in game can make local gangs/factions hostile to you, also you can come across local gangs fighting the cops/other gangs.
Also got one that generally makes everything more expensive(especially cyberware) one thing that always gets me bored of games is when you end up with more money than you know what to do with and have limitless resources.

Everything else is custom cars and outfits, I may install more today.
