Yeah idk anyone who cared about She-Hulk desu, so no comment? I didn't mention her and the most publicity she's gotten is in the modern era because of that MCU bullshit. If you heard of She-Hulk before, it was mostly a joke about nerds being in love with female superheroes. I don't think a single She-Hulk toy was produced in the 90s, if that gives you any indication of how relevant she was to anyone.
Hulk as a property was largely propped up by 70s nostalgia for the old tv show, just like Wonder Woman coasted a lot on that kind of pop culture status, but not that many people knew much about Hulk outside of Hulk himself, being Bruce Banner, a guy who gets mad and turns into a green rage giant. The 90's cartoon isn't even that well remembered. Hulk and F4 were firmly the "B-tier" of Marvel to Spider-Man and X-Men's actual massive popularity in the 90s.
