In a bit of a pickle, got a new job and unfortunately they use iMessage for their groupchat. I'm not in the position to make them change. I don't have an iPhone but I have a Mac laptop at home.

Looked into beeper but it's defunct for iMessage. Checked out air message but the reviews say it's wonky. I heard blue bubbles might work.

This is a real pain but I'm not in the position to spend a crazy amount of money on an iPhone. Anyone have a solution that can work and be reliable?
