It really depends on where you're at because in the upper midwest I don't see a lot of niglets with White mothers. I suppose the south and coastal areas might be different. Also I'm in a touristy area so that might skew the results. Actually around here on an average day I'll see tons of White kids with their parents. The niggers tend to have niglets and Whites tend to have White kids.
I also don't get the whole "mutt" meme because we get European tourists here all the time and you can't tell they're European until they start speaking some European language. Otherwise they blend in with the local White population.
The USA is a giant country and not all states/localities are the same. I recently went on a road trip and had to get off the freeway due to a traffic jam. Randomly found this city in the heartland that was a suburb and it was 100% White kids playing in their neighborhood.
