This sounds like jealousy, luck is not the only factor for why he got to number one. He must have some added value to reach that spot. You can however be succesful in your niche and still be a slob who is ignorant on politics which is more likely (see Jordan Peterson). Anyways, still funny that so many people searched for that question. My first impression of him is also that he is a resentful out of touch slob. Prejudice therefore, is not always bad.
