I enjoyed the runningshine video essay on the Klonoa series, and I thought I'd give the demo a check, but I just find the movement so sluggish and boring. Like a lot of games were slow as shit and I remember enjoying the simpler things, but playing klonoah reminds me of playing a spiderman game and falling into water and you're so fucking slow but you can't get out until you get to shore.

Like the whole presentation is good, and I like the 2.5D movement but it doesn't feel good. Idk.
