i was told to see a specialist, the only problem is i have not been able to find one. i can't really afford to buy healthy food, since it expires after 1 week and i can only buy groceries for a full month, but i do buy healthy food for the first week to eat. i'm going to look for lightly preserved foods, if i can find any.

i know it's probably incorrect, but i'm probably just really depressed, my body is very in tune with my emotion, and it has made me sick before.
