The water issue.
There should be experts who have worked to ensure that we don't madmaxx out the uk. There are a few issues I've found and the most telling on is over ground resivors why do they have the water not pumped right away underground and then pumped back up ? I've been working on a generational homestead project and my main issue has been directing and controlling the environment. Why didn't he send the water away from sunlight and if he was Japanese about it. Why not use a system that was created to like mitigation vibration. But I'd try to get more water in underground tanks because as the warming happens it's easier to mitigate that then to change the whole system. With the size of the uk I'd even make water tank cities. Like more high rises and more tanks. It sounds gay but it'll be better to have a back up plan that was prepared before hand.
