Really depressed and suicidal and would ossililate between “blithe cheerfulness and stoic dysthymia” for like my whole life, and I didn’t know how to have relationships of any kind with ppl. I had a bad attempt where I almost died and ended up in a coma, then was in and out of psych wards and different treatments like PHPs and I did ECT and nothing really improved me so my psychiatrist kinda made me go here and my parents were happy to ship me to the other side of the country. My therapist says I was really abused and neglected as a kid and I think I’ve only rly since getting here started connecting the conditions of my childhood to my present state. But treatment is going well and I’m looking out towards discharge now
