I'm bad, but I somehow managed to beat both.
Had to use Tempest every time Mann does that yellow axe smash 1-shot. Tachy mode cheesed through his second phase flaming sword.
Also accidentally Tachy mode cheesed Scarlet's ending. Only got 5 of the parries and ate every energy wave, but survived because of Tachy mode invuln.
