“Let's meet with the Royal Sages first.” Alvin says. “I must check in with them immediately and inform them of recent ongoings. Not to mention, I’ll need to drop off ‘that thing’ as soon as possible.” He says, referring to the Agarthium in his possession. “I said I’d introduce you to them. I believe that you would stand to gain much from a friendly relationship. Not to mention, they have all the knowledge of Morfis in their possession. They could likely tell us something about Mystletainn and Elric’s possession.”
“Nuh uh, no way!” Chelsey interrupts the conversation, storming up to the two of you. “You’re meeting Bronte first! I told her as much when I left! I’m sure anything the Sages could tell us, she could as well. Besides, she’s your cousin, isn’t she? Family reunions come first! And she’s going to be pissed off to hell if you meet with those geezers before her.”
Alvin clears his throat. “Well, be that as it may, surely she’d understand the severity of the situation. I fear that the Sages themselves may also feel a bit slighted were you to not stop and speak with them first.”
Of course they would. As Chelsey told you before, the Royal Sages and the Royal Family were in the midst of a power struggle for control of Morfis. Visiting one side first would certainly cause the other to suspect you’d already been taken in, not to mention, one of your allies would be left feeling annoyed with you.
>A): Visit Bronte first.
>B): Visit the Royal Sages first.
>C): Visit the Fodlan Embassy first, leaving both sides miffed.
