I'll dissent because Ars and Ohayama was slightly different when it first started. It was much steeper in the increase without that typical "gaussian" shaped curve. It was more of a parabolic shape until it would ran out and taper off.
What made NijiEN shape unique in the first "King's Engine" days would be the SLOOOOOOOOOOW linear rise followed by an equally slow drop if it ever lasted long enough.
Here is the direct comparison, one of the first POE for Ohayama and the very first Minecraft RP for Wilson (his first time ahead of 3k for a LONG time)
