Their build up has slowed down a lot in the past 2 years due to economic issues, for example they haven't had a capital ship in construction since 2022.
Light and medium forces built in the past 20 years are quite formidable (though the USN would win in a fight).
Their CV force won't pose an issue unless they begin constructing like 4 new ones at the same time.
