That’s fine there are regiments that involve only 2x a week weight training that can hit every muscle group. As long as you hit complete failure your muscles will respond and if you give them the correct building blocks (they will have a growth response ) you will also get stronger and perform better in sports w a profound new confidence. No excuses brother
