Telegram is just slow if you don't have premium and aren't close to the same region the files were uploaded to.
Using telethon with some python scripts is another option, but it might be even slower, but at least it'll allow for tracking what has already been downloaded.
Torrents have been requested before, but even if I made one I don't know if I'd bother seeding it.
I am considering re-doing the upscales in AV1 for significantly smaller filesize so they're easier to share, but can't make up my mind.
Though I also know that some phone peasants would complain about not being able to play AV1 lmao.
Maybe an alt server or something where there's a H264 version that's encoded from the AV1 version. Would be lower quality than H264 directly, but phone people won't be able to tell anyways.
Old torrent was made by some random anon who's probably long gone, hence why it's very out of date.
Another issue with torrents is speed. Last time I tried making a torrent, it seemed to be at terrible speed, as if connections were hogged up by people with shit internet or something, despite settings having max or infinite connections.

You referring to ESRGAN or VideoJaNai? If my ESRGAN setup, you need python installed. But I recommend trying VideoJaNai, it's just better.
