It would be her second, she met him again in DoTS before Twi blew absolute ass and knocked him out of the ship. She likely made him a woman as he looks like a girl and she likely only remembered him as 'Musk Slut's sibling' and the detail that he was married to Cadence but since she never really talked much to cadence(SH's Ed has them have dinner in the montage but never really shows signifgant moments between those two), she pretty much assumed the taller of the two was the male and last time she saw Cadence was with short hair while Shining's was long and luxurious.
