This and Inuyasha's full moon nights are the only full moons I care about in anime.
There's probably a couple of others, but Beck's entire love serenade by the MC to the girl he's chasing is based around the full moon and Inuyasha has his dramatic tension and romantic moments centered around the full moon sometimes.
