buildings can all be boom town false front wooden buildings which are literally boxes with decoration on the front and u can also use tf2 textures there
then its just about detailing with cactuses and shit
idk maybe its a quarry and so its got rickety wooden bridges and minecart tracks, also u gotta have a salloon and a hat shop
