The internet is used all over the world, so I think we should fault people for having imperfect English. People should use it regularly in their day-to-day lives, especially if they were taught it when they were younger. If you see someone with imperfect English, there's nothing valuable to be gained—they probably don’t belong to the anglosphere that dominates most of internet culture, and that’s a problem. Also, we should mock people for making minor spelling or grammatical mistakes because those don’t just happen in casual online conversations and are indicators of intelligence and English proficiency.
