I believe in this list because of that autistic style of naming characters that was joked about in that Simulanka's Kaveh side quest.
For example: a fake leak would name that dude Perun (Slavic) or Perkunas (modern Lithuanian) or Perkele (Finnish) but they named him Perkun which sounds like what Fat Xiao would do.
