mmm no, but i do have a sort of secret belief that they could have a type of minor level mystic/magic property, only if they are willingly forfeited/shed from the animal and in good quality. and when it comes to gemstones and minerals, their properties are only particularly beneficial for the person that retrieves them from their resting place. if they're purchased, then it's really just minute, but they sure are pretty anyway.
