Seem like you described a possible path to ascension on top of giving a really detailed process of energetic distribution, I agree that I need to rest some more to recover for now and it match her attitude but I don't feel like being introduced to study the energetic body system further or practice qigong for now, just the urge to be placed in peace, wilderness and experience the elements directly be it rain or sun or the shadow of a tree, also eat a lot of fresh food like fruits and fishes.
It'll take some time for me to act on it and adapt the new lifestyle being offered there but I do understand she's trying to remove me from a toxic environment and lifestyle, we'll see how it goes over time but I feel so refreshed and cleansed.
