This is my fear, i have an inlaw on the Nimitz. He was home in March, sent back to seattle to get back on the Nimitz in late March and they were supposed to just kinda hang out and wind things down and everyone go home in October. The Nimitz is being decomissioned and this was its last time in the water. When this shit started kicking off a week ago in Iran i started getting chills thinking the Nimitz was going to Hormuz and going to be the modern day Liberty except shes getting sunk for optics, not just a hole, i mean sunk.
AND, i made a prediction the other day:
The Nimitz will be hit with a hypersonic and sunk in the mouth of the Hormuz and coincidentially there will be reapers and other FPV drones filming in 4k HD and live streaming everywhere, every phone, every tablet, every TV. This will be the modern day 9/11 to try to boost recruitment.
