From a narrative point of view, I don't understand the purpose of this event. Seia has nothing in common with any of the characters she dealt with, her actions don't make sense from the perspective of a Trinity leader, we never got closure on her reporting back to Nagisa and Mika, it hasn't helped expand on NiyaNiya's character at all. It was just pure filler.
