Depends on the popularity of the character/series. It can generate Shrek, Mario, Darth Vader, etc just fine but anything not hyper popular has much less training data and the AI has to fill in the gaps a lot more. Describing what they look like instead of naming them could help, but the AI might misinterpret your prompt anyway; here’s what I got after trying to describe the gang from Clockwork Orange, for example. It looks terrible.
