I don't know which places will fare best, but we can predict most of their characteristics:
1. Self sufficient in food and energy production.
2. Relatively low population density.
3. Sufficient raw materials (resources) to support the industries needed to sustain their agriculture and energy production.
4. Lacking large hostile foreign ethnic populations.

USA aces the first three points. Russia also does well. They are also most likely to nuke each other back to 1899.

Argentina and Uruguay might be a couple of western hemisphere countries. Some East European countries might do okay in Europe.

A good comfy (but simple) life might be possible on som Caribbean (including Cuba) islands. I don't know enough about Asia.
