2 months, lost ~10 pounds. Left was 135, right is today at 125.5.
I really thought I was going to look way leaner after dropping 10 pounds, but I guess not.
I've been doing carnivore + fasting without counting calories. I feel a lot better and I'm lifting better, but I don't want to keep dropping weight because I already weigh so little.
I'm going to stay on carnivore since it makes me feel way better but I'm done doing 2/3 day fasts like I was before. That shit is brutal.
