yeah lol hand guns won't do shit to these PLF's more like an AK47 or an M16 with bullets like in the pic or higher and you need to riddle them and i mean literally riddle either the head or torso with those bullets to disable them and the won't be walking around by themselves they will be in groups.
and mark saw the mcneal posts and comments about hacking them and literally almost died from laughter lol like he said how the fuck are you gonna hack them they walk around in groups and u won't have the time or chance and they don't have like a fucking usb port or any of that shit unless u can open them up somehow without u disabling them and them not not killing you somehow and the other PLF's not incinerating you on the spot so probably don't do that if you want to live and approach this subject realistically.
as for attacking them with EMP weapons yes that can work and has the highest chance of any weapon but unless u own a military grade EMP that won't do shit and even if you do you have to remember that MJ12's foot soldiers will be monitoring them from above and if they see a bunch of their PLF's getting disabled they will know something is up and just incinerate you and your bunker and everything in your surroundings so the best option is to run only engage as a last resort
