I won't lie and say that they're irredeemable garbage fires but they... definitely have highly fluctuating heights and lows.
I actually like BCS more, despite being bored out of my mind with A plotline for the first 3 seasons and getting annoyed by a certain asshole family member's constant presence, it's actually the reason why I dislike a lot of BB. I never liked domestic storylines but the creator went above and beyond to make the family plotline absolutely insufferable in both shows. I really liked the "B plotline" with the drug business and cartel shenanigans, but ironically enough I disliked its major concluding arc in the last season. God, the last 4 episodes of BCS took active strength and effort to sit through, but I also got called uncultured for not "getting it" when it was just... Boring. My eyes got physically tired from the black and white #artistic decision too.

Completely unironically, I miss Danganronpa. Having finally seen the supposedly peak media and perfect writing everyone speaks of, I have never been more content in my VN elitist corner.
It's really... a bit disgusting. I can see where the stupid shit people say about dangans and various characters comes from, it's from these shows and other normie media. I can not fathom comparing anything between those two worlds or ever wanting the ever honorable and idealistic character to be like those vile beasts. Realism, my ass. m
