not sure why he's in the list to have that dialogue distributed (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/151911) unless he's in the Hrol Inn faction but it's kinda funny
I still can't remember the name of the mod/series/author that removes this carriage on fire after you encounter it once
