Some time ago a bunch of feminists were trying to find a new definition for pedophilia, since they had the ick when they saw a 35 yo man dating a 18-20 yo girl, even though "she was not underage".
I don't recall whether it was a Brazil only problem or was it a more global one.
By that definition and that calculus, he would be considered a pedophile, because:
