Why are they so weak? Russia struggles to defeat Ukraine even after 3 years of war and Iran totally get their ass handed right now.

After Assad gone, Hezbollah defeated and Iran soon to be deleted, the Middle East almost completely under western / Israeli control while Russia even seems to struggle to maintain influence within its own boarders.

What went wrong?
