Gridman Universe revealed Dynazenon is like an alternate world that takes place inside Gridman's mind. In Dynazenon there background locations were reused from Gridman in different ways and if it was a copy of the same town and there was no mention of Gridman. Then in Universe they crossed over together. At the time of Dynazenon no one really knew since Gridknight threw people off (but he actually a 2nd Gridknight.)


Mashin Hero Wataru and Chou Mashin Hero Wataru maybe because one was in an alternate continuity. And there was an alternate universe in Chou where the PS1 game took place that crossed over.

Speaking of Gridman, the character designs were inspired by Transformers Shattered Glass, an alternate universe where Optimus was bad and Megstron was good that Cliffjumper stumbled in.

But only Gridman Universe seems likely to happen.
