Martha gives an exasperated sigh and rolls her eyes before she gets started on training her own pokemon while you limber up.

Once you're confident you're all warm up, you start on your own katas, keeping in mind not to use your right arm while you do.

It's a challenging work out, but a rewarding one and after about half an hour's work, you finish up as the sun's coming up and Martha's watching with her arms crossed.

"Alright, you haven't messed yourself up and I'll admit, that was pretty impressive seeing you do all that with basically one hand tied behind your back." She admits. "That all you're doing, though? Just working out yourself?"

You shake your head.

"No, of course not." You reply. "I train my team as well." You assure.
