With 3D models, you get to explore it yourself, find the camera angles, "earn it" in a sense, like being rewarded for your struggles and curiosity. 2D ones are just given to you without any effort. Even if they are more detailed, it just feels empty and unfulfilling. 3D will always be the superior medium for upskirts and pantyshots.
