Dunno what to tell you. I've been able to catch Dungeons pretty consistently during most nights, either joining parties or leading them as Priest/Lancer. Red Refuge, RK-9, Channelworks, Ruinous Manor, Draakon Arena, Sky Cruiser, Skynest, Hagufna, Warlord, you name it.
If you were attempting to make a party during Real SEA Hours™ (~1:00-5:00AM PST/PDT) then sure, I could see how it'd be difficult to find a group. A good portion of Starscape's SEA playerbase is currently sampling the closed beta of a new private server in their region, leaving certain time periods pretty dry on occasion.
Did you advertise in LFG Chat (separate from the LFG Menu itself), or say anything in Global? It's not very common for /nobody/ to join parties, unless they're being made during knowingly dead periods.

You'd probably get lower ping to the Arborea servers anyway, if you're in the UK. Starscape is hosted in Cali, whereas Arborea is hosted in France, and the latter is a hell of a lot closer to the isles than the former.
Be sure to make use of NGSP100 from the Toolbox either way.
