A large part of information on the internet is already mass produced low quality AI generated content, and it's also filled with a variety of artificial agents like crawlers. How soon do you think we'll reach the point where all human content and activity is vastly outnumbered by artificial ones, with serious consequences happening? Is it possible for the internet to become so sloppified even normgroids lose interest and pull out? Will there come a point where where major players like ad industry realize that most of their stuff is just viewed and crawled by bots and AI and is actually pointless, resulting in a big dotcom-bubbleesque collapse? Are big platforms gonna become wastelands of slop with most clicks coming from AIs? Will there be a point where the defensive measures against AI become too expensive to maintain an internet presence for companies?
