The absolute best Russia could accomplish at this point is a Pyrrhic victory. The Russian economy is teetering on collapse, the Ruble is in the shitter, Russia's military has been completely gutted and shown to be largely incompetent/ineffective outside of meat waves. Not even mentioning the metric ass ton of soft power that Russia has lost around entire globe. Certainly wasn't worth a land bridge to Crimea to satiate some old KGB clowns dream of a new Soviet Union. It's the very definition of how winning sometimes isn't winning.
