There isn't a set date or schedule yet but ch18 should be out next month. I'm not sure if it will try to catch up or maintain a monthly pace since the cheapest option is still monthly payments to see the latest chapter. All the payment options are changing too:
>￥100 for the latest JP chapter
>￥500 for the latest EN chapter + current volume JP chapters
>￥1000 for current volume JP chapters + current volume EN chapters
>￥3000 for access to everything
The volumes should also be released digitally on Booth and Amazon so it's not like you need to pay the 3000 to see the back catalog. More of an extra support tier.
