For the most part humans and monsters seem to be existing just fine in towns at least in MGQP. Besides, it's not like getting attacked by most monster girls is any worse than getting attacked by big burly bandits. If you had to choose between getting your balls milked dry by something like this little cutie or getting hacked into chunks by a bandit with an axe, it goes without saying you'd take the former
