You just know that Christianity is dead when you see these kind of arguments. Christians should be able to convince people of their faith by appealing to something deeper, but Christians only use their religion as a political tool, and it's unlikely that they even believe it themselves. They don't even believe in the power of their own people; they think they need Christianity to do anything of note.
