It's a mostly singleplayer game, but Troubleshooter: Abandoned Children is kino SRPG autism. One playthrough will last around 140-160 hours
>characters have predefined movesets, weapon types and class selections (one basic + two advanced classes)
>doesn't matter that much because most significant customisation happens by applying "masteries" to a character
>there are something like 800 different ones in the game
>they can do pretty much anything, from adding new active skills, to stat modifications, to adding automatic behaviours to your units such as counterattacks, moving towards a target that hit them or a bunch of other weird effects
>there are mastery sets that you can form by having specific combinations equipped at the same time, there are more of these combinations than masteries themselves and they can have pretty insane effects
>your party ends up with 12 main characters, all with different classes and styles of play
>can also tame almost any beast in the game (except 1 story character and 1 superboss) and fully customise those as your own units too
It's not uncommon to see minmaxers with 1000+ hours played. I have nearly 2800 myself and I'm still finding new builds I haven't thought of.
