The Puma Fast-R Nitro 3s are not a meme
Got a top 3 pb in a HM trail roon this morning despite recoovering from runner's knee (yes, shouldn't have rooned that long but wanted to test them out)

When standing still, the heels sink into the back of the shoes so it feels like they make you lean back but when rooning you're pushing off the heel with interest.
That said, while they didn't cause any knee troubles like my other pairs, they did trigger new ankle soreness so will only wear these for races. Got especially uncomfortable 10km in so the other half of the roon wasn't pleasant and had to slow down a lot at times.

They get the tick of approoval
