Builds a demo fuser that was invented a century ago and is a common project for high school physics teachers to construct for class to demonstrate (hence demo) the fusion process.

Produced no net energy, consumes considerable energy because it uses a vacuum pump and a high voltage ballast to operate. Doesn't technically fuse because no gas is injected into it (which could create radiation depending on the gas which would require shielding and raise the cost to build.)
