I am counting those. I used to do things like download 10 hair mods, 8 clothing mods etc. until I realized I would only use like 1-2 hairstyles per hair mod and like one outfit from a mod and the rest would be clutter that would become especially apparent when using the styling bench. now I prefer a few hair mods where I enjoy the majority of the hairstyles being added instead of just 1 or 2 and clothing mods are mostly whatever when I eventually put everybody in marine or cataphract armor anyway so what's the point?
The only UI mod I have ever used was one that made the research tree slightly easier to read, but it's pointless for me nowadays when I don't have a ton of mods adding research clutter, plus now mods that add things to research get added to their own tab and I just have less useless shit to research in general so the default UI is perfectly fine. The default UI has also gotten better over the years, especially with 1.5.
Half of those mods I can't imagine anybody having a use for, like "set owner for prisoner beds" or "rename pawns". some like "nice health tab" have nice presentation and add visual clarity at least but it's also like whatever.
The only mods I can really justify having multiples of are performance mods since not everybody can or should justify having to run out and by a new computer just to play rimworld.
