Nah depending on the rank you lose to it could be 30 or 90 placements, but you will go down from 600 to 900 if you go to sleep for 8 hours
Alas, if I want to stay in GM3 by the end of the season I'm forced to stay any non-work hour I've got watching over the Arena for matches
