You are in every sense, at the mercy of the good will of the people you are proclaiming at having conquered, should they deign it so, you would cease to exist. Your foe is accursed by their virtues, and you are an unearthly parasite which prides itself upon its slime. Your foe has yet to even realize you think this way of it. Once it does, I do not need to paint a picture of your fate, only that you will be entirely at the mercy of those who conquered you without much effort, released you not because of any particular action on your part but entirely out of benevolence, expecting you to be a grateful equal in virtue.
