No. We are here to terraform the planet and make it paradise. Theologies which suggest this place is meant to be terrible or broken in order to teach us something are made by people who were not intelligent enough to figure out how to correctly organize society and eliminate psychopathy via genetic selection/tuning, and or by people who are outright possessed/influenced by parasitic entities that want to keep earth in a cursed state so that said parasitic entities can feast on the suffering brought about by misbegotten timelines which are outside of God’s plan.
