i guess the "being blocked by another uma for 2 seconds" is hard to trigger if you put her front and she just dashes ahead? I assume this means someone is currently blocking her for the last 2 seconds for it to fire and not just she has been blocked for at least 2 seconds over the entire race. So if you just build her as a max speed frontrunner this part won't ever trigger if she is just always alone in the front.
Also, i am not sure but i assume all mediums and longs have at least one corner? otherwise the is_finalcorner condition would never fire.
