I got gifted a set of AllClad utensils. They are rock solid and stainless steel but their shapes are odd and they are made in China. I don't like them very much.

I have an old collection of Ecko/Flint tools that I assembled from garage sales and thrift stores over the years. The kind with full tang black plastic handles. They do have some flex in them but they were dirt cheap so I was able to buy a pile of them with plenty of spares. It is boss to have 4 different kinds of flippers and a dozen serving spoons/forks, etc. Why they sell sets with only one serving spoon in them I'll never know.
